SubForum.Info - View Single Post - PS2 Downloadable Games...Playable On PS2?

Hello again.

I have yet another question. I've been seeing TONS of downloadable PS2 games,but from what I've read,you can only play them on your PS2 if you have some sort of mod chip installed on your PS2. I can't afford to do this OR buy games (on disability). Can someone tell me how they do it?
