* New: UserCash is not allowed from now! if i will see any pictures or links to usercash, your post will be moved to trash, and you will get infraction.
* New rule: Now upload all images to SubImg.com and then post to forum using Thumbnail for forums (1) or (2)

Posts that are posted using subimg.com site, will be submitted to Katz.

GENERAL
- The language of SubForum.Info is English, and nothing else.
- Please make sure you post in the correct forum.
- Search before you post to prevent duplicate topics.
- Post a kind comment in the thread if you download something good.
- No advertising of any kind.
- Help out the new members if they are unsure or need assistance.
- This is a community, no flaming is appreciated, or allowed.
- The use of a proxy is a bannable offense no questions asked.

AVATAR/SIGNATURE
- Hotlinking preferred [ TinyPic - Share the Experience!™ ]
- No offensive images.
- No advertising in your avatar/signature.
- Make your avatar/signature have a point. No pointless, worthless crap.
- Don't fluctuate your signature. Make it small and to the point!
- A maximum of one image in each signature (excluding userbars)


POSTING DOWNLOADS- URL masking and timed redirection services containing advertising are not allowed. (Eg: lix.in, stealth.to, rapidsafe.net, rapidsafe.de, usercash.com, rsprotect.com, rapidleecher.com, etc.)
- Coding Links Required [Repeated Non-coding of your links will result in an infraction]
- Make sure you display a password clearly.
- Please post a description and an image with your download.
- Mirrors to your download are preferred and appreciated.
- Take care in quality of post, if it's unorganized or in a total mess the post will be deleted.
- Spamming [As in a pointless post] will result in an infraction and repeated 'spams' will result in a ban.
- Make sure your downloads work. Dead links are counted as spam and you will be warned.
- No Trial Downloads. Ever.
- Freeware Welcome
- Phishers will be banned without question

[Posting XXX]
- No Beastiality, Gay Porn, Child Porn, or Torture scenes - ever!
- Those posting Child Pornography will be reported to their ISP
- Make sure your posts are clean and have caps or previews.
- Posting Description and Links Only will result in deletion and warning.
- If posting passwords, make sure they work!


REQUESTING
- Make sure it's not already found. Use the Search button.
- Please make sure you provide as much information as to what you want as you can.
- Requesting a program name only, will result in deletion. Post information.
- Make sure your request 'exists' and is not made up or fake.
- Be appreciative to those who have found your request. Say thanks.


WARNING/INFRACTION SYSTEM
- Warnings are to serve as a quick reminder of the rules for mistakes.
- Infractions are to serve as a strong reminder of the rules for severe rule breaking.
- If you receive 3 Infractions you are automatically banned for a period of time. (normally two weeks)
- Infractions and Warnings expire [however not for serious offences] after an allotted time.
- If you are banned and you create a new account you will be IP Banned forever.

REPORTING POSTS
Please use the report button if you come across any posts or threads that break any off the rules here.

Please give us a brief description of the problem and one of our experienced Moderating team will look at the post as soon as they can and take the appropriate action.

Please note that all reports will be looked at so you do not need to report more than once. There is a forum now where we can see all of the posts so that we can take action on them.

Also please do not just reply to a thread saying for example dead links. This might get overlooked and not looked at.

NOTE: Please do not misuse this feature as you will be warned and then banned as it is a waste of the moderators time


If you break any of the rules you will be warned, infracted, or banned at the Staff's discretion.
No arguing with infractions and those complaining to an Admin about it will be banned.
Zero Tolerance on arguing with Staff Members. We can ban, you can't.
